ElevateT3 brings forward another significant investment in the airport's aging terminal facilities — upgrading customer amenities, improving security screening and airport operations, and expanding accessibility for passengers with disabilities. The project includes approximately 10,000 square feet of new space for concessions and amenities, enhanced traveler screening and baggage claim areas, and expanded corridors and waiting areas. Construction is led by COT 3, a joint venture of Clark Construction and W.E. O’Neil. ElevateT3 is scheduled for completion in 2027.
